The menu features two exquisite omakase options: “Kiku” for those seeking the best of traditional flavors, and “Hasu” for a delightful vegetarian journey. Both menus showcase an array of seasonal small plates, creatively tailored to tantalize your palate.
- Kiku: Experience A5 Japanese wagyu sushi paired with whole grain mustard and crisp tofu in delicate miso broth.
- Hasu: Indulge in a colorful medley of fried summer vegetables with creamy avocado sour cream, and a chargrilled rice ball in light dashi broth.
